Who we are

This site is published by Smilesoft Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd., 988/172 Ramindra Road, Khan Na Yao, Khan Na Yao, Bangkok 10230, Thailand. The publisher is the data controller for the data collected through this site. Contact: contact@nexusdentasoft.com.

What we collect

Through the demo or free trial request form, we collect:

• Clinic name or doctor's name
• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Message (optional)
• Country of the clinic
• Interface language, and for demo requests, the modules you selected

You do not need to create an account to browse this site or to send us a request.

Why we collect it

We use this data to answer your demo or trial request and to follow up with you about it. Legal basis: your consent (you send the form voluntarily) and our legitimate pre-contractual interest. This basis covers the form only: advertising measurement relies on a separate consent, described under Advertising measurement below.

Who can see it

The publisher's team. The following technical processors are involved: Vercel (site hosting), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (partner program data, Singapore region) and Stripe (payment processing). We never sell or commercially share your data. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta also receives browsing data, described under Advertising measurement below.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data at any time by writing to contact@nexusdentasoft.com. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it and without giving a reason (see Advertising measurement below for how). You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country. Applicable frameworks: Thailand's PDPA (B.E. 2562), Vietnam's PDPL (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and the GDPR for EU residents.

Security

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and access to what you send us is restricted.

Partner program

If you join our distributor partner program, we process your company and contact details, the clients you declare, and your bank details in order to pay your commissions. Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest; only the last four digits are shown for reference. This data is used solely to run the program and pay commissions, and is kept for the legal retention period. When you accept any program agreement online (distributor or country director), we also record the acceptance date, the account used, your IP address (kept in clear as proof of acceptance) and a cryptographic fingerprint of the accepted document.

Cookies

The cookies we place ourselves are first-party and functional. nx_ref attributes a sale to the distributor whose link brought you and is kept 90 days: it is not an advertising or tracking cookie, and no third party reads it. NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you chose and is kept one year. The cookies Meta sets once you accept are described under Advertising measurement below.

Advertising measurement

We use Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. That is its only purpose here: it is not used for site statistics or for anything else.

Meta Pixel loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Before that click, no Meta script is loaded and no request is sent to Meta. Making no choice, or declining, loads nothing either: there is no implied agreement. Declining costs you nothing, the whole site stays available and no feature is degraded.

Meta Pixel runs on the public pages of this marketing site only. It never runs in the partner area (/partners), and never in the Nexus DentaSoft application, a separate product with its own terms and policy.

Once you have accepted, Meta sets its own third-party advertising cookies: _fbp, and _fbc only if an ad click identifier is present in the URL. These cookies are set by Meta, not by us; see Meta's own policy for how long they are kept.

Beyond the event parameters, each call carries your IP address, your browser and device data, the address of the page you are viewing and the page you came from, plus Meta's own cookies. Meta can link this to your Facebook or Instagram account if you are logged in, and its servers are located outside Thailand and Vietnam. What Meta does with this data is governed by its own policy.

On public pages, we send Meta a page view event, and a lead event when you submit the demo or trial form. Neither carries personal data in its parameters: the lead event only carries the type of request (demo or trial) and your selected country, never your name, email or phone number. Meta's automatic collection is turned off, so the script does not scan form fields or button clicks by itself.

Your choice is stored in your browser under nx_consent, in local storage, which is not a cookie. It applies to this browser and this device only, and disappears if you clear this site's data. You can withdraw it at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer, which brings the banner back. Withdrawing stops any further sending, but it does not delete the cookies Meta has already set (remove those from your browser settings) nor the data Meta has already received.
