Who we are

This site is published by Smilesoft Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. The publisher is the data controller for the data collected through this site. Contact: contact@nexusdentasoft.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you send through the demo request form:

• Clinic name
• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Message (optional)

There is no account creation on this site, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking or analytics.

Why we collect it

We use this data to answer your demo request and to follow up with you about it. Legal basis: your consent (you send the form voluntarily) and our legitimate pre-contractual interest.

Who can see it

The publisher's team. Four technical processors are involved: Vercel (site hosting), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (partner program data, Singapore region) and Stripe (payment processing). We never sell or commercially share your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data at any time by writing to contact@nexusdentasoft.com. Applicable frameworks: Thailand's PDPA (B.E. 2562), Vietnam's PDPL (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and the GDPR for EU residents.

Security

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and access to what you send us is restricted.

Partner program

If you join our distributor partner program, we process your company and contact details, the clients you declare, and your bank details in order to pay your commissions. Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest; only the last four digits are shown for reference. This data is used solely to run the program and pay commissions, and is kept for the legal retention period. When you accept any program agreement online (distributor or country director), we also record the acceptance date, the account used, your IP address (kept in clear as proof of acceptance) and a cryptographic fingerprint of the accepted document.

Cookies

This site sets one first-party functional cookie, nx_ref, to attribute a sale to the distributor whose link brought you (kept 90 days). It is not an advertising or tracking cookie, and no third party reads it. There is still no cookie banner because there is no third-party tracker.
